At The Springfield Country Hotel we take great pride in the superb standard of our catering. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients, grown by local producers, to create a wide range of dishes. Whether it’s a simple snack at the bar or a sophisticated a la carte dinner, we can cater for everyone’s needs. Please ask a member of staff on the day for details of our daily specials, or if you have any particular dietary requirements, just let us know.
