At The Springfield Country Hotel we take great pride in the superb standard of our catering. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients, grown by local producers, to create a wide range of dishes. Whether it’s a simple snack at the bar or a sophisticated a la carte dinner, we can cater for everyone’s needs.
