The Springfield Country Hotel takes great pride in being a family owned country hotel with its own outstanding professional management team. We have a choice of private dining rooms – the Lakeside Suite, which seats up to 100 guests and the Mill View, which accommodates up to 170 guests. Both overlook The Springfield’s beautifully landscaped terraces and gardens, set against the stunning backdrop of an ornamental lake and water mill. It’s the perfect romantic setting for a wedding and a photographer’s dream.
For an evening party, we recommend either the Thomas Hardy Suite, complete with bar and dance floor, which is suitable for up to 250 guests or the Springer’s Bar and Restaurant, which is ideal for 120 guests.
Our menus offer a quality and diversity that is rarely found in establishments of our type and size.
